Condition of Returned

Refunds and Exchanges
If you choose to return goods for a refund, we will refund the cost of the goods, including any standard delivery charges. We will not refund any additional charges, such as express delivery charges. If you choose to exchange goods, we will send you the new goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If the new goods are more expensive than the original goods, you will be required to pay the difference.
Faulty or Not as Described Goods
If the goods are faulty or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, including any delivery charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe that the goods are faulty or not as described. We may require evidence of the fault or misdescription before processing a refund.
